If you have purchased a license to use the Software as an individual for personal or home use, the Company grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software on computers owned by you for use by yourself, either at home or at work, and by any immediate family members residing in the same household. To continue using the Software after thirty (30) days, you must purchase a license. If you have not purchased a license to use the Software, the Company grants you a one-time, time-limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software free of charge for thirty (30) days for the purpose of evaluating the Software.
If you do not accept and agree to all of the terms in this Agreement, you must immediately cease all further use of the Software and destroy all copies of it. ("Company") for the mIRC software product ("Software").īy proceeding to download, install or use the Software, you indicate your acceptance of the terms in this Agreement. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or as an entity) and mIRC Co.
